Vance Gabbart is a founding partner of Gabbart & Woods. His thirty-plus years of experience include the structural design and project management of churches, schools, mid and low rise commercial office buildings, warehouse facilities, bridges, retail malls, seismic rehabilitation projects, and private residences.

Vance's broad scope of expertise ranges from the seismic retrofitting of historical buildings, to innovation in ductile steel frames, to the design of highly efficient pre-stressed/post-tensioned concrete structures.

Vance is well known as an engineering innovator and leader in the profession.
