Dooley’s projects include a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential structures. He is an accomplished designer utilizing all engineering materials.

Dooley earned his Architectural Engineering degree from California Polytechnic, which is renowned for addressing the "buildability" of architecture. Dooley’s years of hands-on experience in all phases of building construction have also helped shape his design expertise.

Dooley is known for his calm under fire, strong field teambuilding, and excellent project management.
